1. Program Description
The i360technologies, Inc. Timesheet Notifications program (“the Program”) sends text messages to i360technologies, Inc. employees and to subcontractors working on its projects. The messages are timesheet reminders and related project notifications. The Program sends no marketing or promotional messages.
2. Eligibility
The Program is only for current employees and contracted subcontractors of i360technologies, Inc. who have agreed to receive texts.
3. Consent
You join by signing the SMS consent on your employee or subcontractor onboarding form. Consent isn’t a condition of employment or of any contract. If your mobile number changes, let Douglas DiJoy know so we can update our records.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your timesheet and project schedule.
5. Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. i360technologies, Inc. doesn’t charge for the texts.
6. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll get one text confirming you’ve opted out, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to rejoin. If you opt out, you’re still responsible for submitting your timesheets on time through the timekeeping system the company designates for you.

8. Supported Carriers
Major US carriers are supported. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Delivery
Text messages are a convenience. Delivery isn’t guaranteed and may be delayed by carrier or network issues. Missing or not receiving a reminder doesn’t excuse a late timesheet.
10. Privacy
We handle your information as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
11. Changes
We may change these terms or end the Program at any time. We’ll post updates at this page with a new effective date.
