Purpose

i360technologies, Inc. (“we,” “us”) sends text messages only to its employees and to subcontractors working on its projects. The messages are timesheet reminders and related project notifications. We never send marketing texts.

Information We Collect

We collect your mobile phone number and name. We also keep a record of when and how you agreed to receive texts.

How We Use It

We use your number only to send timesheet and project notifications.

No Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Only our texting service provider and wireless carriers handle your number, and only to deliver our messages.

Consent

You agree to receive texts when you sign the SMS consent on your employee or subcontractor onboarding form. Consent isn’t a condition of employment or of any contract.

Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out and Help

Carriers

Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Security and Retention

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards. We keep consent records for as long as you work with us and as the law requires.
