Insperity provides our employer-related administrative and human resource processes such as issuing of paychecks, reporting your tax information to the IRS, administration of your benefits, liability-training, employee document record keeping, and other administrative responsibilities.
The following identifies our benefits provided through Insperity:
Insperity Premier Employee Portal provides you online, up-to-date personal information 24/7. You will be able to access salary information, salary history, an outline of benefits, tax deductions you have elected, direct deposit information, a copy of your most recent paychecks, FSA & HSA balances, and the ability to make changes in personal information online with the employee service center.
Insperity Premier App provides access to salary information, an outline of benefits, digital insurance card, FSA & HSA balances, and much more right on your smartphone.
Medical, Dental, Vision and Pharmacy Benefits are available through United Healthcare. Insperity offers a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and an HSA qualified High Deductible Health Plan, either of which allows you to see any provider you choose. Myuhc.com provides you with online access to your benefits information. Vision Coverage is available through Vision Service Plan (VSP). You can check eligibility, locate network doctors, view plan details, and learn more about Laser Vision Care discounts online as member of the VSP WellVision Plan.
Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Coverage and Life Insurance & ADD Insurances are provided to all full-time employees through CIGNA.
Voluntary Additional Insurance is available for purchase through CIGNA. The Voluntary Insurance includes Group Universal Life, Personal Accident (AD&D).
Health Care Flexible Spending Account offers an attractive tax-saving opportunity for employees who are eligible to make health care flexible spending account (health care FSA) pre-tax contributions.
Health Saving Account offers an attractive tax-saving opportunity for employees who opt into a high deductible plan. Eligible employees are able to make pre-tax contributions through Insperity’s Cafeteria Plan.
Insperity Training & Development offers 3,000+ online courses on business, computer skills, safety, and more, 19,000+ digital books and a learning portal with video and interactive exercises. Educational Assistance is available to full-time employees. First $1,500 reimbursed by Insperity.
- $1500 for approved undergraduate and graduate college courses (tuition & book expenses; maximum per calendar year)
- $500 can be allotted to qualifying continuing education expenses (job-related courses & seminars/non-college; maximum per calendar year)
- Maximum reimbursement per year for all educational assistance combined is $1,500
My Market Place is an online shopping site created exclusively for Insperity’s client companies, employees and their families through the Employee Service Center. Optum Care 24 Employee Assistance Program provides innovative decision support services to help people address the sometimes simple, often complex health, well-being and work-life issues they face today. These services include NurseLine; Assistance for physical, emotional, financial and legal issues; self-care publications; condition-focused programs; customer service support; Health Forums.com, and pharmaceutical contact-center services. All services are completely confidential
Adoption Assistance is available for employees that have been full-time with Insperity for at least six months. Employees can receive up to $1,500 for each adoption after meeting the six months of service eligibility requirement.
